Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,684 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMD10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCYL2, CUL4B, and CYSLTR1_S326. Each is linked with PSMD10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD10-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD10 versus SCYL2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
