PSMD10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,433 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATG4A, MORF4L2, and TCEAL8. Each is linked with PSMD10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD10-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD10 versus ATG4A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
