Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,583 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4323, RPL31P47, and LINC02543. Each is linked with PSMD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD10-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4323 grouped by PSMD10-low versus PSMD10-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
