PSMD10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PSMD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD10-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by PSMD10-low versus PSMD10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
