Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,347 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLIC5, AMY2B, and PIK3CG. Each is linked with PSMD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD1 versus CLIC5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
