PSMD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC30P, EMID1, and MIR548S. Each is linked with PSMD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6ATAC30P grouped by PSMD1-low versus PSMD1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
