PSMD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52L1, S100A7A, and OR10A5. Each is linked with PSMD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52L1 grouped by PSMD1-low versus PSMD1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
