Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,383 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED28P4, RNU6-178P, and PABPC1L2B-AS1. Each is linked with PSMC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED28P4 grouped by PSMC5-low versus PSMC5-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
