Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,877 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP145, MIR4445, and RNA5SP34. Each is linked with PSMC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP145 grouped by PSMC4-low versus PSMC4-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
