PSMC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,847 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, MCM4, and MCM6. Each is linked with PSMC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3 versus SMC4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
