PSMB6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,735 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLUH, YWHAE, and SPAG7. Each is linked with PSMB6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB6-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMB6 versus CLUH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
