Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMB6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01050, CENPH, and SKA1. Each is linked with PSMB6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB6-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01050 grouped by PSMB6-low versus PSMB6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
