PSMB6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMB6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,572 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A11, MED31, and C1QBP. Each is linked with PSMB6 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB6-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMB6 versus SLC25A11 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
