Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMB5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,906 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMB5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Regulation of translational fidelity, and Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with PSMB5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA) grouped by PSMB5-low versus PSMB5-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
