PSMB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,433 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD4, MTX1, and DAP3. Each is linked with PSMB4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMB4 versus PSMD4 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
