Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,691 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB9, WARS1, and CD7. Each is linked with PSMB3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB3 results are reported.
