PSMB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMCL1P2, MIR6803, and CSNK1A1L. Each is linked with PSMB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMCL1P2 grouped by PSMB2-low versus PSMB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
