Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,507 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, Positive regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with PSMB2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB2 results are reported.
