PSMA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,185 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN5, CSE1L, and DDX18. Each is linked with PSMA7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA7-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA7 versus NSUN5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
