PSMA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1173, JNK2, and MIG-6. Each is linked with PSMA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA7-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1173 grouped by PSMA7-low versus PSMA7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
