Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,730 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Spliceosomal snRNP assembly, and Thymidine biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PSMA7 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA7-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA7 results are reported.
