Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA6P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,188 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA6P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein ubiquitination, Obsolete mRNA polyadenylation, and RNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with PSMA6P4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA6P4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA6P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein ubiquitination grouped by PSMA6P4-low versus PSMA6P4-high in STAD.
