Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,717 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAP1, EDIL3, and GZMA. Each is linked with PSMA6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA6-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA6 results are reported.
