Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP461, RNU1-96P, and RNU6-1082P. Each is linked with PSMA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA6-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP461 grouped by PSMA6-low versus PSMA6-high in HNSC.
