Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,598 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT1, WARS1, and TPPP3. Each is linked with PSMA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA4 results are reported.
