Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,855 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMA6, PSMB1, and PSMB3. Each is linked with PSMA4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA4 results are reported.
