Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVRL1, Ku80, and PKC-b-II_pS660. Each is linked with PSMA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACVRL1 grouped by PSMA4-low versus PSMA4-high in UCEC.
