PSMA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,473 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, SUPT16H, and UBR7. Each is linked with PSMA3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA3 versus MTHFD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
