PSMA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 334 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6853, MIR4689, and MIR5696. Each is linked with PSMA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6853 grouped by PSMA3-low versus PSMA3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
