Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMA3-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PSMA3-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher PSMA3-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMA3-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and BRCA show a favorable association.

KICH, ACC, and BLCA are the cancer types where PSMA3-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
