PSMA2P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,352 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA2P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSPH1, SPA17, and SPACA9. Each is linked with PSMA2P3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA2P3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA2P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA2P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA2P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
