PSMA2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,662 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA2P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD3, WDR43, and LARP1_T449. Each is linked with PSMA2P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA2P2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA2P2 versus PLOD3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
