Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 406 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPECC1L, SNRPD3, and HPS4. Each is linked with PSMA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA2 results are reported.
