Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,800 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-57P, MIR6075, and MIR592. Each is linked with PSMA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA2 results are reported.
