PSMA2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PSMA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA2 results are reported.
