The most reproducible PSMA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1D, CRLF3, and CHCHD4. Each is linked with PSMA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA2 results are reported.
