PSLNR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSLNR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,014 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSLNR-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01297, GRAMD4P2, and DUXAP9. Each is linked with PSLNR in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSLNR-to-partner and partner-to-PSLNR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSLNR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSLNR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
