Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSLNR RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PSLNR data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PSLNR RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSLNR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and CESC show a favorable association.

UCEC, KICH, and STAD are the cancer types where PSLNR RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
