PSIP1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSIP1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,469 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSIP1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, CLNS1A, and HAUS1. Each is linked with PSIP1P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSIP1P1-to-partner and partner-to-PSIP1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSIP1P1 versus PSIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSIP1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSIP1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
