Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,845 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSG9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGB1BP1, NOP10, and KIR2DL4. Each is linked with PSG9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG9-to-partner and partner-to-PSG9 results are reported.
