Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSG8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 858 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSG8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to folic acid, Regulation of protein ubiquitination, and Golgi to plasma membrane protein transport. Each is linked with PSG8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG8-to-partner and partner-to-PSG8 results are reported.
