Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSG8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSG8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPANXN4, GALNTL5, and TSPAN16. Each is linked with PSG8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG8-to-partner and partner-to-PSG8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPANXN4 grouped by PSG8-low versus PSG8-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
