Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC74A, MRGPRG, and SCN10A. Each is linked with PSG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG4-to-partner and partner-to-PSG4 results are reported.
