Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,304 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSG11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP7D1_S254, SEZ6L2, and IWS1_S146. Each is linked with PSG11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG11-to-partner and partner-to-PSG11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSG11 versus MAP7D1_S254 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
