Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSG11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PSG11 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher PSG11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSG11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and ESCA show a favorable association.
SCLC, KIRC, and BRCA are the cancer types where PSG11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
