Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,826 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSG11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGR, CKS1B, and NFYAP1. Each is linked with PSG11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG11-to-partner and partner-to-PSG11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIGR grouped by PSG11-low versus PSG11-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
