Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSG11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSG11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP20, DIRC1, and OR4A16. Each is linked with PSG11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG11-to-partner and partner-to-PSG11 results are reported.
