PSG11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSG11 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 307 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSG11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTRT2, TRIB1, and FBXW8. Each is linked with PSG11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG11-to-partner and partner-to-PSG11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTRT2 grouped by PSG11-low versus PSG11-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
