PSENEN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSENEN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,558 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSENEN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTR2_T117, SPINT2, and FBXW9. Each is linked with PSENEN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSENEN-to-partner and partner-to-PSENEN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSENEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSENEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
