Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSENEN RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PSENEN data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher PSENEN RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSENEN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and DLBC show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PSENEN RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
